Guest Access
You’ll have the entire home to yourself — including the lanai and carport. Take peaceful walks, visit waterfront bars and restaurants, or launch a boating adventure just minutes away. Entry is through the carport entrance for easy loading and unloading.
House Rules
To help everyone enjoy a clean, relaxing, and respectful stay, we kindly ask all guests to follow these house rules:
- Check-in is after 4 PM; check-out is by 10 AM
- No smoking or vaping inside the house or lanai — outdoor smoking only
- Please cook any fish or strong-smelling foods outside on the grill
- Pets are welcome, but please pick up after them and keep them off the furniture ($50 Pet Fee Per Pet)
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM — no parties or events allowed
- Rinse off sand and saltwater before entering — an outdoor hose is available
- Trash should be placed in designated bins before checkout
- A light clean before you leave is appreciated — no need to deep clean
- A lost key fee may apply if keys are not returned
- No unauthorized guests — please notify us if your group changes
